Chinese pen. It’s ok.
It’s a decent pen. A bit loose when capped, makes a rattling sound and isn’t a tight fit. It is made in China, which is very unfortunate. Wouldn’t have purchased it if I knew this. I wanted a pen from a European manufacturer. It’s probably very difficult to get a pen not made in China, no matter the business headquarters.

No ink refill inside
Usually you get a pen and it has the "refill" already inside. This one didn't so I have to find a refill to buy.

Medium is way too broad and fine is scratchy/uncomfortable
Disappointed...medium refill is too broad, and the fine refill does not flow well, scratchy. Didn't know that until after I tried several Parker refills. Pen balanced OK with no cap, but it did not balance well with the cap on. Cross is much better in all ways for similar prices. Should have returned the Parker/s.
