The color biscuit and white both appear white in the picture. Is the biscuit a beige color?

Just looking at it alone it appears to be white but put next to a white sink, it definitely has a beige (ish) color. I know because my handy man installed a white one and a biscuit one on a 2 sink countertop by accident.

What is the diameter of the bowl portion of the sink? I have a 17" wide circle that I want to drop it into, and want to be sure it would fit!
