Good grip and heavy weight for practice. Should be ideal for practitioners. Beginner should be aware of this. It is not stainless steel but iron. Chrome is heavy and better to have rubberized grip.

1. Bad design near chain, it cut my hand by trapping between chain and stick 2. Not durable at all, rear cap came out on second fall, nunchucks are supposed to fall, and it should not get damaged on fall 3. Not for beginners at all, very heavy, will hurt a lot if accidently hit any body part Over all it could have been an average buy if chain and stick design was good to not hurt or cut hand. Not recommended
