The item was received on time and was packaged very well. The unit is very user friendly and seems solid. I really like the display and the screen sensitivity. Unfortunately the step counter is very inaccurate. I have played with the step settings and it does not seem to help. Steps are counted when I am doing things like braiding my hair, opening my medicine cabinet and pulling covers up on my bed at night. I previously had a fitbit and was able to adjust the stride enough to minimize these types of miss counts. Unless there is a trick I don't know about to for this device to help with that. If that could be fixed I would give this 4 or 5 stars but since I purchased this for step counting I have to take away stars.Update: I am changing my rating. The seller has been so good to try and trouble shoot the problem. We could not find a resolution so he was more than happy to send me a new unit. The unit is a different model and I have used it for a day and it seems like is it counting very accurate steps.

My wife lost her fitness tracker and bought this new one. It is as good as the previous one with all functions and it is also comfortable and convenient.

The review option if forcing me to give a star rating but I wish I could give 0. The only thing it has going for it is it looks like the picture. It came, we followed instruction to sink and activate. It powered up for about a minute then shut down. Now will not turn back on. App is a joke. All in all a complete disappointment. I will be returning this tomorrow.

I received my watch today and i charged it for 2 hours and the instructions stated. Once i tried turning it on it wasn't working at all. Watch wouldn't turn on at all

I have a Fitbit and my daughter wanted one. They are too expensive for a 10 year old but I love that she wants to track her steps with me. This one is a good fit for kids her age.

Easy to work

It’s a pretty good watch for a pretty good price. The color is also very nice. It does need to be charged before use.

Brought for my wife and she likes the color and easy to use.
