Great headphones if you want pure BASS
Great headphones if you want pure BASS! Shot straight in your skull. The headphones are pure pleasure to use with any music that has bass or for those Audiophiles out there that don't like using the word bass to describe low end frequency, they are my fun pair of headphones for when I want bass for example do you have a family member or friend that has a sistem in there car and that family member or friend turns on the sub woofer and the whole car start to shake, we'll this'll do the same with your head. They're of good quality well made no squeaking of plastic rubbing on each other, treble and mid frequency are good but if you own high quality reference headphones for example HE400S these will sound a little muffled. I know some will get confused with the whole Apple thing for those who use android but I will explain it, the app is only available on apple store but don't worry about it you don't need it for the bass function unless you want to make calls from these headphones. I use them on my android tablet and works fine, but you do need to raise the volume up for the TKR3 to kick in. What is TKR3 you say? it is the little device on top of the headband that gives it that extra bass, and now for some cons the headphones have a battery that has to be charged for the TKR3 to work but should hold a charge for 10 hours supposedly haven't tested it, and it turns it's self off when not in use or streaming audio through the cable that's a good thing for less charging time and if you where to run out of battery the headphones still work just not the TKR3 device, and speaking of the TKR3 remember that I told you that it was located at the top of the headband well that happens to be the worst spot to be on the whole entire headphones within 2 hours you will be crying for mercy unless you're masochist and like the feeling of your head being split open in two, also the ear pads aren't patty enough... hurt after a while. But if you decide to own them like me you won't regret it and anybody you choose to lend them you're headphones will be impressed with that BASS, and also the original MSRP was $ 300 Zeni. Hope that helps you choose to buy them or not. Hope that helps you choose.PSFor those of you that decided to purchase these headphones, must listen to these songs for that BASS.Feel the basschill billYour welcome.

Quality Headphones Here
I Wear Headphones Pretty Much From The Moment I Get Home From Work, Till I Fall Asleep. I Listen To Music Of All Types All Day Everyday. And I Can Tell You These Headphones Are Great! Some People Claim They Are Heavy, But If You Are Use To Bigger Headphones Like These. They Are The Same Weight As Another "Bulkier" Headphone. The Sound Is Very Crisp And Amazing! From The Highs To The Bass Everything Stands Out And Sounds So Perfectly Together. HOWEVER (In My Opinion) The Bass Boost Is Something To Get Use To. With Bass Boost Enabled, The Whole Head Band Vibrates. It Feels Kinda Weird For Me, But The Music Still Sounds Awesome With It Enabled And The Bass Dosnt Overpower The Rest Of The Music. Ive Listened To Music From Classic Rock To Club Music And Everything In Between With These Headphones. Only Thing I Wish Was Different Is I Wish They Were Just A Little Louder In Volume, Even At My Devices Max Volume Output. But Id Recommend Them Anyone, And If Your On The Fence About Getting Them...GET THEM

Rare product and technology, good value, not great.
The vibration feature is cool but at times overwhelming and even distracting/muddying to the sound. They also can get uncomfortable after hours of use however many over hear headphones do. Battery life is great. There is no Bluetooth function in these headphones. You can turn off the vibration feature easily and when you do, battery for the headphones is not used. Wanted to get these because alpine is the shiznit and they didn’t disappoint with the quality, but they did in letting apple buy them out on their line of headphones. Anyway it’s nice to own a pair and the vibration feature is certainly unique. Theyre quite punchy and definitely more balanced when used below a 70% volume value depending on your source device.

While a good pair of headphones frequent use is not recommended
While a good pair of headphones frequent use is not recommended. There is a large electronic piece at the very top of the headset which with frequent use might cause head strain. There simply isn't enough cushioning there to make it useful for long sessions.

Love at 1st sight, only 2 things I wish were different
I saw these at the Apple Store in Manhattan. I am an Android girl but the rose gold caught my eye. I tried them on, yeah they're kinda big. The sound quality was so crisp I didn't second guess the pricing. Then I pressed the amp button. Life changer. Nightclub in my skull. They're flashy, but so am I. I have lots of high end headphones, but these are definitely one of my favorites. Studio quality. I had no preference for inline or wireless. Downside if you're Android, the input rings are different on Apple designed products. Basically useless if I get a phone call. Mic doesn't work at all but I can hear the caller like they're sitting right next to me. Ughhhh. Aside from that, they don't fold up for travel. The overear part folds up different than expected. Not so easy to stuff in my backpack but whatever.

Very unique and amazing listening experience
Great sounding headphones! very premium build quality and sound, its very much comparable to $150-$200 headphones. The transducer in the headband makes these headphones a really unique and amazing listening experience. especially when you listen to heavy bass music or loud music you can feel the headphones vibrating. they aren't kidding around when they say feel your music. also very comfortable, the headband is very soft as well as the earcups. only complaint I have is when you have them on the right way round, the earcups fold outward, which is a bit annoying but not too much of a problem. absolutely love these headphones!!!

Ottime
