After making batches of colorful bath bombs and soaps with the 24-color soap dyes and shrink-wrapping them for gifting, I wanted to branch into candle making for fun homemade gifts and RV ambiance. The P&J Trading Bubble Gum Scented Oil 100ml has been my favorite fragrance oil so far — it smells exactly like fresh bubble gum from the candy store and throws strong, true-to-life scent in both soy and paraffin wax. The bottle arrived safely sealed with a precise dropper cap and tamper-evident seal. The 100ml size is generous (you only need 6–10% usage rate), and the oil is clear with no weird color or separation. In real-world use: I’ve made two batches of 8oz candles (one soy, one paraffin blend) using 8% fragrance load. The bubble gum scent mixed beautifully with no acceleration or seizing, cured cleanly, and the cold throw is noticeable even before lighting. Once lit, the hot throw fills a medium room in about 30 minutes with that sweet, nostalgic pink bubble gum aroma — kids and adults both love it. No harsh chemical smell or fading after burn time; the scent stayed consistent through the entire jar. I’ve also used a few drops in wax melts and soap recipes for extra fun layering. ~(Eps) Yo compre este pequeño líquido para dar fragancia al humo que hacemos en los eventos de Halloween. A todo que pasa le encanta como huele y a mí por supuesto que también. Nos gusta su olor dulce y aromático; se siente ligero y no muy empalagoso. Es muy bueno para lo que lo usamos, me gustó mucho que lo empecé a usar para mi lampara de olores, esas que calientan los aceites y empiezan a difuminar los aromas alrededor de la casa. Me encanta hacer esto cuando termino de limpiar mi casa. Ahora, un consejo, si lo quieren usar como yo, no lo hagan muy seguido ya que el olor puede atraer animalitos. Yo hice eso porque estaba tan enamorada de este aroma que empecé a atraer ratoncitos, jamás había tenido tal problema así que limite los olores y ventile la casa después de un rato y me encargue de esos ratoncitos. Ya no están, yay! Ey! Esto significa que el producto es de muy buena calidad, sus olores duran muy buen tiempo y lo puedes usas para varias cosas, eso sí con limites dependiendo su uso. Diviértete con sus aromas! (yo compre el de chicle/goma de mascar) ~(Eng) I bought this little liquid to give a nice smell to the smoke we make at Halloween events. Everyone who passes by loves the way it smells and of course I do too. We like its sweet and aromatic smell; it feels light and not too cloying. It's very good for what we use it for, I really liked it that I started using it for my scent lamp, those that heat the oils and start to diffuse the aromas around the house. I love doing this when I finish cleaning my house. Now, a piece of advice, if you want to use it like me, don't do it too often since the smell can attract little animals. I did that because I was so in love with this aroma that I started to attract little mice, I'd never had such a problem, so I limited the smells and aired out the house after a while and took care of those little mice. They're gone, yay! Hey! This means that the product is of very good quality, its smells last a long time and you can use it for several things, but with limits depending on its use. I am giving these fragrance oils 5 stars bc the ones I’ve tried have been out of this world and spot on as far as the scent quality and longevity. I’ve purchased and loved peach, forest, bubble gum, apple cider and a few others. HOWEVER, I had to come back and redo this review. I had purchased 3 oil diffusers for our apt that don’t require water. You just screw the bottle in and turn them on. I had them on a low setting so they weren’t constantly going off yet didn’t shut them off at all. I scattered them around so our whole place smelled amazing. I loved coming home and walking in the door to get that super homey scent of apple cider. It’s the exact vibe I was going for. Until our 5 year old bernedoodle started having strange neuro symptoms. We took him to the vet and he said he couldn’t pinpoint it and they didn’t look like a seizure or behavioral issue. So we started him on gabapentin anyway which helps with relaxation and seizures. His symptoms did go away but then we got to thinking about the scents. He’s home all day without an open window. So we stopped the scents and stopped his meds to see what would happen. He hasn’t had an episode for weeks now. Not one. Just be aware that dogs can’t handle everything that humans can. I think these are fine in candles or small amounts but don’t do what I did. It’s not worth it. I’m not gonna lie, I miss the whole house smelling like heaven without much effort on my part BUT I’d miss my dog a whole lot more if anything bad happened to him bc of something like this. He had a thorough exam and didn’t have anything wrong with his mouth, teeth and nothing stuck in his throat. It kind of looked like a focal seizure with “fly biting” motions but he was conscious throughout. It kept happening more and more and lasted up to ten minutes each with some slight drooling and he did it all throughout the day and night. It seems like too much of a coincidence to us that when we stopped the fragrance oils he stopped having these altogether. I am not knocking the product. Just bringing awareness for those who have young babies or dogs or anyone who might have some problems with these. Small amounts are usually not a problem but all day everyday might be. I shoukd have thought about that but unfortunately it didn’t occur to me until there was an issue.

Smells fantastic. Pure, classic Bazooka bubblegum smell. It's not very long-lasting so beware. I used 30g in a 1000g cold-process soap batch and it faded in a month. But it does smell great. Id use it for lots of things because- if you like the bubblegum smell- this nails it.

Love P&J products and this smells exactly like bubble gum im sensitive to smells and allergic to berries and florals so I wanted something that smelled like candy that I could add to bathroom drops. They work great and I only need a little couple drops the fragrance is strong enough to last.

Truly smells exactly like bubble gum. I would describe the scent profile as… top note: jumbo gumball from those machines when we were young (iykyk) middle note: Juicy fruit bottom note: faint big red There’s a dried down hint of a vanilla-y musk personally I could do without but I know majority of the population are vanilla lovers so they would love. I would’ve loved it more if it was more a lighter clean soapier dry down. But the closest “bubble gum” scent I came across. I bought to mix it in a body oil or in my shampoo (instead of it using it for soaps/candles). We’ll have to see how long the scent lasts… but initially sniff? 5/5

Purchased it to put in the cardboard roll of toilet paper, for pleasant smell in bathroom but the scent last just a couple of hours. Doesn’t last long enough to be worth the trouble.

This oil smells just like pink bubblegum, both in the bottle and in the diffuser. It is delicious. Unfortunately, the smell doesn’t last for long and you require a lot of oil for the scent to last longer than an hour or more.

I love this brand. All the scents I’ve tried have been amazing. I add this oil to my wool dryer balls and it makes all my laundry smell amazing! I also added some of the oil to a spray bottle with water and use it as an air freshener for my couch.
