Very sturdy . Retain heat .no leaks . Grip is good .Size good . Easy to clean

This flask is well made and designed easy to clean as the lid can be disassembled. Kept my coffee warm for 5 hrs in -4c while walking . Drank the coffee at the end of the walk to see if it held the temperature.Would definitely recommend.

This is the second one I have bought, they are excellent, they don’t leak so you can just toss them in the bag.

At first I thought it was broken, but the open and close arrows on the lid are purely for removing it to clean. The button in the middle controls the flow of liquid. Keeps my coffee hot the whole time I'm drinking it. Looks really smart and is the perfect size for coffee. I would recommend this product.

The media could not be loaded. I was looking forward to receiving this product , however due to the poor design was never able to use it. When I twisted the lid to “open” and drink from it , it completely came off down to the mechanism and even then wouldn’t let any liquid through. Looks good , but by far the worst travel mug I’ve ever bought.

EDIT: The company very kindly reached out to me after this review and sent me a replacement flask, as they felt it may have been a defective batch. As od today the flask is working very well, and i give credit to the responsiveness of the company I how they rectified my issue.The flask started off doing well when I bought it in August 2024. It kept drinks hot for many many hours and I was impressed.However a month in, washing it as instructed , the flask isn't even keeping drinks hot for 2 hours now.Very disappointing as it initially seemed to be the best mug I'd had. Sadly now I have to mark it 3 stars.

Well it's a expensive mug - it is for me but it does hold the heat. I brought the biggest in size, it's nice to handle, easy to wash. Would I buy another..... Maybe but I'd wait for a sale or offer.

This is my second milieu hot & cold mug that I bought for myself I bought one in 2022 it was the best thing ever, I then purchase one for my co worker,.unfortunately I lost mine.so I say I need to have another Milie cup for its the best but ,to my surprise this one is no good zi put my boiling tea in at 6am come to work by 7am by 930am my coffee break it's nearly warm, I put cold drinks with ice by 3 to 4 hours it's cool instead of cold,I try every way but it's not like the 2022 one,this one is smaller and lighter, also the inside is wider but holds less.liquid,am sad ,I've never written a review like this before ,but I don't know what else to do,zI might have to throw it out,,,, only positive thing it's leak proof...sincerely...

This was difficult to clean

It doesn’t leak at all it keeps my hot drinks hot and my cold drink cold for hours, I definitely recommend buying this

Not too big. Not too small. Keeps my coffee warm for a few hours. Love the click to open or close. Liquid flows out smoothly.
