It looks like a cheap knock off
I don't believe this is a MERCO replacement bulb. It didn't come in the same packaging my last MERCO bulb came in. Installed it in the morning and when turned off at night the glass bulb cracked as it cooled down. Bulb was installed correctly and wasn't abused. It looks like a cheap knock off.
