Fila Womens Memory Workshift Slip Resistant Shoe

My daughter stands on her feet all day at work. These shoes are outstanding! Bought them according to reviews! SO comfortable no back or leg pain from being on feet all day!

purchased these for my college aged granddaughter who is working in a restaurant for the summer. She is also a dancer so we pay special attention to her feet and legs. She commented that she was immediately aware of the comfort the shoe provides. We'll see if they last the summer.

These shoes are awesome! They are slip resistant and very comfortable. The fit is just right.

I have worn these before but I paid a lot more.I work in a middle school cafeteria so I am in these shoes 10 months out of the year. The memory foam is okay but over time it will wear out. Sometimes I just replace the foam, just pulls right out. The top layer of the toe will come off easily if torn, like a thin layer of something and sides will become worn and crack at the balls of my foot because I bend & squat so much. Having said all that I love these shoes. The color is great & the non skid/ slip resistant is wonderful. Great delivery time & I am going to buy these again next school year. If you are unsure of the size go to your local shoe store and try them on and buy from here! Have a blessed day!

Bought for working in restaurant with slippery floors. Shoes perform great. Sturdy and well made, feet feel good after standing for 10 hours straight. Highly recommend!

Too small and quite narrow. I usually wear an 11 B. But these definitely run small.

These are incredibly comfortable, fit perfectly, and are decently slip resistant on the greasy restaurant floor where I work (though it's still slippery when walking on wet floors). However, after a little over a month of wearing them there's already a hole in one of them at the top where the body of the shoe is pulling apart from the sole. I can poke my finger in the hole and feel my toe. I'll do some self repair but I don't know how much longer I can make them last. It's quite disappointing!

I'm not a fan of this memory foam. The soul of the shoe is smaller, and therefore, less shock absorbent and less supportive, and while the foam is comfortable at first step, it becomes very warm and uncomfortable about a half hour later. I've had mine for over a year now and within 6 months the foam burst through the containing capsule and whats underneath isn't very comfortable. Ill be tearing out the foam and putting in a different material.I wouldn't recommend this shoe to anyone needing comfort. It is part way decent at keeping water out though.
