the four star is only because their software is piece of garbage, update vimble 2 , is really a shame you don' fix the bugs and the timelapse. That's the only isse , Besides that is the best gimbal, except for smove pro.

Love It!!
Great product! After getting it I decided to return it because I didn’t really need it. I had bought it for a wedding and it got canceled and really needed the money. Other than that great product.

Hire a real software engineer Feiyu!
Software is junk. Updating firmware is painful on Mac and pc. Returning and buying Osmo 2 because it works out of the box and software is supported by dji.

You get what you pay for.
I was very excited when I received it. The gimbal is very solid and it comes well equipped with a tripod. The battery does not last long but I knew that from the reviews. The cables that come with the gimbal seem a little thin and weak. However, that would have been fine if the gimbal didn't have the problems below.- If you set the gimbal on its tripod to record yourself the gimbal will not stay still. It will move very slow to the left or the right. It is almost impossible to have it keep the focus on you. It happens when using its own App and without the app.- The motor gets really hot and smells like burnt plastic if you use it for more than an hour. However, it still works afterwards.- Sometimes it just moves off to wherever it wants without me pressing buttons or changing it. With or without its app. It is kind of unpredictable.I would have returned it if I hadn't used it so much. Unfortunately, I needed it urgently and was not in a position to exchange it. I will definitely upgrade to a different brand.

broke quickly
After 3 uses it stopped charging within the first 2 months. FeiyuTech were willing to take a look to repair under warranty but I have to cover costs for shipping with tracking. Cheapest shipping costs $100 from Canada to China ... basically I had to take a loss on this gimble

Good quality, bad software
The hardware is fantastic. My complaint is the software, not working properly on Samsung S9Plus. Lots bugs and outdated to 4K.
