Really nice lights. Look good in the hand z d in the ceiling. Quality fitting aluminium. TBH a bit of a bargain.

Bought this to fit above hob on kitchen island, not fitted yet but looks good quality.

All I can say about this is. WOW. Excellent product. Accurate positive reviews. Would highly recommend for the price. Unbeatable.

Whilst these are nice looking downlighters, the overall design of the light fitting is very poor. The GU10 bulb only sits into the fitting under its own weight, and a couple of very flimsy metal supports. Combined with the stiff cables, this prevents the bulb from sitting flat in the light fitting as pictured, leaving a gap. After 20 minutes of fiddling and adjustment this is the best I am able to get the bulb to fit, and as such these have been returned for a better quality and cheaper alternative.

Great quality-price ratio

I needed an extra downlight for our bedroom and we have these all over the house, so bought another the same. They are good and have been reliable, but we had to return several of the original batch as the paint finish wasn't smooth. I've also noticed that if you use halogen bulbs (rather than LED) the heat makes the paint turn yellow after about a year.

The packaging was great and the delivery prompt. Good start. And they do look good once installed. However, there are issues with them. The first and main problem is that the cables that connect to the lamps (not supplied) from the terminal block are too short, way too short, to allow the bulbs to turn in the holders to their full range. One of the cables is slightly longer than the other two, but since they are to be mounted in the centre, actually it needs to have two longer cables to reach the end lamps. Anyhow, you will need to purchase some GU10 lamp holders (with cables at least 150-200mm long and replace them. Fortunately i had some spare, but they are not too expensive. The second issue is that the earth strip (which also holds the terminal block) is shown on the instructions as needing to be attached to the fitting by means of a screw. The screw is there, but there is no hole in the fitting to screw it into. You therefore need to drill a hole into the fitting and tap it to take the screw. I eventually disposed of the earth strip altogether and screwed the earth directly into the fitting. Oh, and the small rivets that hold the clips that hold the lamp holders into the fitting are prone to snap off. And the clips that hold the lamps in the lamp holders are oddly designed and not user friendly. So, overall, you will need some DIY experience to be able to fit these as they will require some modification. I have given them three stars as they do look good once you have tinkered with them and fitted them.
