Ok so let me start by stating how intimidated I was to install this I’m by all sense of the word a novice but my sons phone was pretty gone and I figured the worse that could happen was I would have to file an expensive insurance claim but the tools provided worked great and the instructions along with a YouTube tutorial and 1 and a half hours of very stressful following I did it and it worked like a charm I think if you’re good with electronics you’ll be able to switch it out in no time and it saved me a 200 dollar deductible which was amazing I would and have been recommending this product to everyone thank you so much

This replacement screen is wayyyyyyy darker/dimmer than the original iPhone screen. The seller should really advertise this fact. By the time you complete the replacement process which takes a really long time, it's not worth it to return imo bc that would require its removal, etc. Also, there are tiny black specs in my screen now likely due to dust. Even worse, upon completing my replacement, the tiny little piece that opens up the SD card slot had somehow made its way into my screen. I had to uninstall, (this took forever too) and re-do the process. [see photo] All in all, if I ever break my screen again I will not be purchasing a replacement from a cheap knock off on amazon ever again. You're exchanging money (only a savings of 75 dollars compared to apple replacing the screen at the store) for a few hours of your time, stress, and most importantly, compromising the quality of the beautiful, magnificent and colorful iPhone screen which is why you pay 800 dollars for the iPhone. To me, not worth it. I have replaced multiple screens before so this is not new to me. When I first got the iphone 7plus screen it was defective and would not turn on. Customer service was good though and I was able to get a new screen. The new screen turned on after application but the touch sensitivity was a bit off, but since I had already asked for a replacement once I didn't want to be that person and ask for another one so I stayed with it. The screen worked for a little bit less than a month before it would go crazy, I could be talking on the phone when all of a sudden the call would end and the touch sensor would become crazy. It locked my phone multiple times and I had to wait for it to cool down to use it again. This did not allow for me to use the phone at all. Multiple times when it would overheat I would have to put it in the freezer for it to cool down, as it was the only way for me to use it. Shortly after I dropped it with the case and it cracked. Maybe this was just a faulty screen but since the first didn't work and the second one wasn't much better I wouldn't recommend this and strongly suggest you buy a screen elsewhere.

Easy installation. I suggest you watch the iCracked videos from YouTube which I find more thorough than Fixit videos. Be patient is my advice. I really like this company that makes this screen. Its my first time buying from them and I had a great experience with my LCD display. I will be buying from them again in the future. I only have just 1 con, and its the display cables feel very flimsy but they work non the less.

The screen was great until the window of return passed. The screen has easily cracked twice without a drop of any kind. Once was a small crack at the top, but now the screen is shattered and I’m back to where I started except I paid $30 for this one.

I will update this later if need be but so far the colors and quality are very comparable to Apple's. I have replaced iPhones with several aftermarket screens and they tend to have issues like flickering, lines on the screen, the colors are washed out, the touch screen isn't as sensitive as before, etc. But this screen seems pretty good but has only been installed a few days. The provided instructions were really detailed too but if you supplement it with a video on YouTube it's even more beneficial.

The way this packaged was delivered with all the tools and directions was “Amazing”I highly recommended it to anyone with some and without installation experience, it was challenging but successful
