Derwentwater Designs Wildlife Cross Stitch Kit - Hare

I purchased this for my mum's Christmas present. I think she has done 6 in this series now. Anyway, she loves doing them, they are all finished, framed and hung around her home. Good quality and ample threads.

The set of cross-stitches (consisting of the Hare, Barn Owl, Red Squirrel, Red Deer, Kingfisher and Otter) make wonderful cross-stitches. The instructions are clear and the design is easy to follow. The central cross stitch panel is the most time consuming part, then with the backstitch designs around the edge the rest comes together relatively quickly. I'm an experienced stitcher but think these kits would also be suitable for beginners. My one tiny complaint is that the chart comes as 4 separate pieces of paper, which is a bit bulky to deal with at times (especially when trying to work out how one sheet leads onto another). Great kits, would highly recommend.
