Although the reviews looked mostly positive I was somewhat skeptical that this pillow would preform like the Tempur-Pedic pillows I've been using for over 20 years.I tried the pseudo Tempur-Pedic pillow that Costco sells, made by Tempur-Pedic and it wasn't a suitable replacement for the real thing.These are my initial impressions of this pillow.First off I like that the size of the pillow is the correct size of a queen pillow, unlike the Tempur-Pedic pillow which swims inside of the queen pillow case.Secondary, although the pillow had a mild smell to it, it was nowhere near as strong as a new Tempur-Pedic pillow which takes days to out gas.Thirdly, although the Royal pillow is brand new, it isn't as hard and as rigid as a new Tempur-Pedic pillow, which takes weeks to break-in, but is still firm enough to provide ample support, which was an issue with other memory foam pillows I had tried.I guess time will tell if the Royal pillow will hold up over time and not lose support to quickly. I'll be following up with future updates.

I absolutely love this pillow and find it difficult to sleep on any other. The height (lower side), is perfect for me once I removed the middle layer of the pillow. It is truly the best pillow I have ever used and I have spent much on pillows( up to 400 on Tempur-pedic grand etc).When searching for a pillow I tried multiple brands and returned-This one was the keeper! Even find my cat sleeping on it:)

Their products are of high quality, we bought the 4-layer and also a 3-layer pillow, they are very comfortable, easy to use, and with the option of renovable layers, if you are a side slepper or back slepper, you won't have a problem covering the distance in between your neck and your shoulder, or spine and neck.We bought so far 3 pillow, one was deliver to the wrong house, but with the help of their customer service rep. Melissa, they were able to correct the situation. Highly recommend!!

I got it today and use it to nap. I slept longer and no neck pain. Aside from that, it’s soft. Only thing I rate 4 is the price.

This pillow has helped with a neck issue I was having and has worked wonders! The size and shape is perfect for me to sleep comfortably while still supporting my body. It’s the perfect blend between soft and supportive. I am excited to say this pillow is great and I want to purchase one for my wife!

I bought this on a whim after waking up with a really bad neck strain. I was a little hesitant due to the price but the reviews sold me. I slept for a solid 8 hours uninterrupted. This is unheard of for me without some sort of sleep aid. Usually on my side I wake up with my arm numb - no numbness now. I roll in my sleep and this pillow is wide enough no matter how I slept or moved my head was still supported.

Not as comfortable as I would like, but I’m getting used to it. In the morning my neck has been okay and I haven’t had the headaches I sometimes have. I just tried to take the middle level out to see if that would be better. Unfortunately, the zipper doesn’t go around the ends, so when taking the middle foam piece out and readjusting the outer sections, 1 foam piece ripped very easily.

I like this pillow very well. I reduced the thickness by removing one layer. It sounds kind of crazy but I like it best upside down since it pushes on my neck the least, yet is soft and supportive.
