With 23 decals in each set, you can do anything from 2 to 23 manicures, as they look great applied to every nail, or just to one nail. Use different designs to create your own unique manicures. Experiment with different colour nail polishes. Instructions 1. Paint your nails with a clear base coat or a colour of your choice 2. Cut around the Nail Decal designs and then Soak the Nail Decal in warm water for 30-60 seconds 3. Remove from water, pat dry on a tissue and peel design from backing paper 4. Position onto nail and smooth down with finger and trim excess with nail scissors 5.
