This product is literally just a box of $10 worth of parts *AT BEST* and a single piece of paper essentially only telling you the contents of said box. Do not expect a guide for installation. Expect a lot of headache trying to figure out a way to make this product work.Instructions have -0- information about the rubber piece to go into the rails. For $110 I would expect at least the rubber anti-slip to be installed into the rails. Instructions act as if these pieces are already in place but then the instruction surrounding the 'square bolts' would not work. No one at the supplier actually followed the instructions they printed before attempting to sell this product.All 4 of the rail end caps broke and not a single one fit into any of the rails. VERY poorly manufactured. You must use a mallet to get the end cap to even start onto the rail and expect every single one to go cockeyed and need to be reattempted. You will never successfully install a single cap and they will all break. You can see where the rail cuts into the plastic while you're trying to push a hard piece of plastic onto a very sharp freshly cut piece of aluminum. Either cut your hand almost to the point of needing stitches, or try with a mallet and break every plastic piece. Your choice :).At best you will be lucky to have a shoddily installed, loose to the point you are afraid to take it on the highway, and most likely 1-3 cuts on your hands attempting to put this together.** THIS IS NOT A PRODUCT, THIS IS A BOX OF POOR QUALITY PARTS AND NO GUIDANCE AT ALL **

The first shipment was missing a part but the next was complete. The instructions were also missing parts but it's pretty simple to figure out and get going. For the price I would buy it again.

The media could not be loaded.  Make sure it fits your car. “Auto Repair Guys” did an assembly and install video which really helped me. Looks great and pretty sturdy. Mine came in all black though so that was nice. Don’t mind the blister on my foot in the video

The best thing about this item is returning it. I would set this thing on fire, but I'd rather get my money back.The instructions are hard to see and they look half done. End caps were nearly impossible to get on. Hand slipped and I cut myself on the bar. Even with a small rubber mallet it was hard to put on.Then the carriage bolts! 3 of them were the same, proper length but the 4th was shorter than the rest and useless. I wasted my time going to the hardware store to buy a replacement.After going through all of that the damn thing wouldn't tighten and stay in place. Complete waste of time

Fits great, fast install, and very universal. Instructions are total garbage but if you have any mechanical ability it should be easy. Took about 30min to put together and install on car. Mounted on a scion xa.

I was able to use the racks to transport a kayak, but the quality and fit are very poor. The rack I was sent was a most likely a previous customer return- one of the caps was broken before I tried mounting it. The pads for under the clamps were terrible quality, I had to buy replacements.

Couldn't get it to fit my Prius after trying all the brackets and fiddling with it for a couple hours.None of the brackets seemed to fit well enough to ensure a secure fit, so I would stay away from this if you have a Prius.As other people have mentioned, the instructions are a total joke. Can't believe these are still being sent out with one page of vague instructions and blurry pictures. It's actually insane how bad they are.The video people mentioned helped but I was still left with a bunch of washers that I didn't know what to do with.All in all, it was a complete waste of time and money.

The instructions are not well written and the images are blurry. The directions to assemble and mount on the car are really bad. They don’t go into enough detail as to what to do with all the parts.There was another reviewer here who mentioned a video by auto repair guys which I wish I would have seen first before spending 45 minutes in the hot weather trying to read the directions. The video from auto repair guys is called great roof rack crossbars….There is a pad for included so they won’t scratch your paint.I’ll be mounting this on my 2017 Corolla and putting two kayaks.
