Yes, Lynn is Correct. There are approx. "5 grams of Natural Resistant Starch type RS - 2 per tablespoon of Jonnys Good Nature."

On a facts panel (a nutrition or supplement facts panel), resistant starch is shown by "fiber" grams. Not "all fiber grams" per serving are resistant starch however, this is a good general rule to follow when reading facts panels. There are several types of fibers, and "not all qualify as resistant starch."

If a product, say a green banana flour for example, shows 3 grams of fiber per 30 grams (1/4 cup), then its safe to say that that product has no more 2 grams (although probably even less than that) of resistant starch per 30 grams, which is a very small amount, less than 7%.

One would have to eat a half cup (minimum) of that flour to equal approx. 5 grams of resistant starch, whereas one would only need one tablespoon of Jonnys Good Nature to get that same amount of  Resistant Starch.

Just as a side note, Jonnys Good Nature worked with some of the most senior resistant starch researchers/experts in the field, worldwide, when bringing this product to market!

However, you will probably want to add some other ingredients as well.

It can be done, as I was saying, but from a culinary perspective, I would add some other ingredients as well, depending on what it is you like.
