I quickly read the 100% top reviews on Amazon (when I purchased) so I bought the product. What I found is the reviews are not accurate, and all were written within a week of time!. There is absolutely no customer support. The instruction guide is not well written, and the performance is mediocre. Finally, this product can be found under a different name at a lower price. Recommend you steer clear of this one. Love Amazon though, sending back at no cost to me!

Todd’s review has it exactly right. This is a crap product with a lot of fake positive reviews submitted within days of each other. I talked to an Amazon representative and they are aware of the situation and have discontinued the product.12 Feb 2019 update - just to make sure it wasn’t me, I bought a Netgear extender and it started up without a hitch. I’m surprised Amazon has not pulled this product. Hopefully they are conducting an investigation of this vendor.

This was the perfect solution to Wi-Fi dead zones in our house. Easy setup. Even reaches into our back yard...

I spent almost two hours trying to install and configure this WiFi extender. The first step is connecting the device to a phone or tablet. I did this successfully. It allowed me to connect only to the device, not to the home WiFi. To connect to the home WiFi you need to configure it on line. I could not do this. Despite trying several browsers I kept getting messages that the configuration site, even when I tried entering the ip address, could not be found or was unavailable. So, I gave up.An additional annoyance (very minor) is the fact that the instructions are written in somewhat fractured English. Example, "Some IPS gate way disable the WPS function by defaulted, so if the WPS connections is fail, we suggest to use option one." FYI, option one did not work.

Not how everyone suggested it to be! This thing did not work for even a second and will be sent back thanks to Amazon.

This item is horrible. The instructions tell you to contact Amazon for the instructions?????? After fighting multiple issues with (what I was told by technicians from my TV provider and internet provider was probably my router) I replaced my router but the issue remained....I then unplugged this device and all my troubles went away!

Set up really horrible,returned item, listen to the other 1 start reviews and save yourself time

Could not get this to work using my XFINITY Router. Unintelligible directions did not hel either.
