After trying several brands, I keep coming back for this one. I’m not exactly sure why but, but I think the Theanine is what makes a huge difference. I have even tried cycling off completely and back on just to be sure this was improving my sleep as much as I expected. Even my Garmin reports better sleep stats and higher HRV. Will it work for all? I don’t know; but it works well for me.

I don’t usually write reviews but I want to let everyone know about this stuff. I bought it for “recovery” from working out but never used it for that purpose as I really never worked out. This stuff helps me sleep like a baby, and wake up feeling refreshed. I feel like it’s taken my anxiety away! I was even taking it early on in my pregnancy. My partner takes it now too and winds him down and he gets amazing sleep. I swear by this stuff now.

Great quality sleep after taking 1 pill before bed.. Once i took 2 pills and woke up too early and felt bad during the day. So dosage matters much for me.. 1 pill per day does the job.. My sleep become perfect the quality and longevity.. feel more calm during the day more stress resistant
