Bought these to hang up two birthday garden flags as part of the decorations. Using a small removable hanger and working out well. Wouldn’t think it will do well outdoors. One, as the weight of the flag shifts the hanger to shifts and two, unless you secure the middle piece that forms the base it’ll most likely blow off.

Inferior product with poorly executed design. Does not stay together as connector is weak.Would not buy again.

During use, the tubular bar on which the flag actually hangs slips apart frequently at the central joint where it pieces together and I must frequently reassemble it.

I was looking for something cheap & cute for my front door. Couldn’t find anything until I started finding garden flags. Then I found this hanger. I love that it was affordable & will decorate my door with little to no effort coupled with a simple garden flag. It is a touch flimsy & there’s not a lot of weight to it, so I do tend to bring it inside when it’s very windy outside. But other than that, I’m not complaining, especially for the price!

Exactly as shown in photo.I plan to use on my front door to hold flagsUpdate Oct 2020 -- VERY EASY TO ASSEMBLE AND CHANGE OUT FLAGS SEASONALLY. It is holding up well. I have added about 6 flags to my collection. I use it on an interior hallway door. It is light weight wood "pole hanger" that fits standard size 12 x 18 flags. I usually just purchase one sided since it is placed on a door.UPDATE June 2021 -- still in use! it isn't very strong, but I'm only using it on an apartment door -- I regularly change out flags for different themes.CONS -- the stick is flimsy wood, not plastic or stronger material. Two metal pieces slide together to assemble the FLAG onto the rod. (I would NOT use this in a child's room!)

I bought this to hold a small flag on my porch wall. It arrived on time and undamaged. It was easy to set up and held the flag well. It did storm that first night and the whole thing ended up on the porch floor. The side of the holder came undone and the flag flew off. I would suggest gluing the end on the hanger if you don't have to use this holder for another flag. I have been considering doing that but I may get another flag this size and I don't want to spend the money on another holder. I would not use this holder if it is not under some sort of shelter. It works great for my purposes, especially for the price.

I guess I didn't read the description very well, I was expecting essentially a wire coathanger with a loop instead of hook on top. That's not what this is. :)It's a dowel with a string and a ring. It's very simple, it's not extremely sturdy, but it'll hang your garden flag on the wall and it's nice enough for displaying if you're into minimalism. (And of course, you are either a minimalist or a cheapist, or both if you're looking at this one.)The instructions say if the ball falls off then it might require some glue to keep it together, but mine stayed on just fine without glue. It's a step up from using thumbtacks to hang your flag on the wall, but that's probably all you should expect for the price.

The metal rail is made of three pieces of metal and they don't always stay together. I taped them together but even so, found one of them in pieces on the ground after a bit of wind. I am not sure what the fix might be. Disappointing.

This can not withstand any wind and falls off the hook and comes apart. I keep finding my flag on the ground. Fortunately it did not blow away.

Yes.... it's the second one I have boughten. I only wish it was a wee bit heavier for outside use but I use them for indoor use and they are perfect.

The in the breeze hanging garden flag is a simple design and easy to assemble. I found it a bit to light for outdoors in a windy location. If you have a sheltered area-perfect. No worries here though it displays my garden flags beautifully!!! Overall a great product.

It’s serves the purpose intended, but I recommend using a rope or something to extend the top. I used an S hook to hang it from and it banged against the surface constantly.
