I think yes because we use washing machine and dishwasher most of time together, but it’s depended on you main drain line size

To connect this fitting you need to have the single waste fitting already in place.......if there is no flexible waste, from a washing machine etc already connected this fitting can't be used, you will need a complete waste adaptor with waste outlet.
