If it is not listed i would assume it does not contain vitamin B3

I looked on the back of my brews yeast and It doesn't look there is any Niacin listed on the nutrition facts or ingredients.

Q: Can I use this to bake? I bought by mistake and I can’t return it.

Not for baking as a yeast. You could mix into brownies to supplement the vit b content.
