I love this lamp in a surprisingly unnatural way. It is such an exquisite piece of industrial design in every conceivable way. It is beautiful, minimal, built like a tank, the range of light temperature and dimmable range is astounding, the controls are really easy to figure out (press and hold for subtle dimming/color change; tap for abrupt switching). I have a brand new computer that I absolutely love next to it, but I spend more time gawking at my lamp.It makes me want to write a haiku.I love my new lampIt is wonderfully designedIt makes me turgid

i truly love this lamp in almost every way. the light quality is amazing - the controls are a joy to use - the adjustability is nearly perfect.however there is a massive design flaw which is that the power connector connects to the lamp frame in a very awkward place, perpendicular to the main arm. this means that if you mount the lamp on your desk near a wall, you will not be able to stand the arm up fully vertically. see the attached photo.what an amazingly annoying oversight in an otherwise superb design.

As a minimalist, I have been looking around for a desk lamp for a while now. This lamp is exactly what I needed. One great feature that drew my attention to this lamp is that it is fitted with a clamp mount. I placed it towards the back of my desk giving me as much space on my desk as possible and maximizing the area when I need to work. . Very easy to move the arms around and get full light source on the entire work space. When I am not using my desk, I just fold up the arms on the lamp to a neat position. I am a huge fan of being able to dim lights. This lamp has this feature allowing different temperature adjustments. I often use the warm temperature feature in the evening with the timer to give the room a cozy ambience. Although the timer feature can be set to 10 or 40 minutes, it would be nice to have a remote control to also operate it.Its a very sturdy versatile lamp made out of a solid material that keeps stable without falling off or shifting around. Box came with an instruction booklet that was easy to understand. I am super satisfied with this purchase -even thinking about gifting one to my husband for his study. !

The exact location of the controls. There's a slightly sneaky aspect by the seller here, if it was more clearly shown I might have hesitated. So I included a photo showing this. I was hoping controls would be more towards the business end of this light, as in the top or end closest to you. As many other lamps of it's ilk are...or are touch controlled over the entire surface. This location sort of limits it's use to being accessible to the base controls. Where as I wanted to have the base tucked over there in a back corner, with the light over hanging a dual monitor system. Which the extension length and height are perfect for, longest I could find actually in it's class. I suppose this won't and does not bother many people...given the 5 star reviews (me included) and lack of mention of this. These hopeful assumptions being my fault...so I can't detract here. It's a well built, great aesthetic, highly functional, almost infinitely adjustable, bright, good color options, sleek, industrial-stylish, metal lamp. Even well grounded, no cycle hum on audio signal paths (something important to me and what I do). Just my opinion here, does not make a ton of sense given the overall design, very long arm extension for placing the concentration of light so distant from the controls: Why not just locate the controls at the light source if you can? Limits this lamp to side desk mount or bedside, work table, any location you can clearly get to the base...like a traditional lamp that's clearly defying traditional lamp operation by design. Regardless...I'll find a great spot for it I'm sure, just not the one I hoped for...which is why I took this little chance on it in the first place. It's all good.

I was worried about the size because I need an Arm lamp which is higher than my 27" extended screen of my laptop. I don't want the flare screen caused by the lamp. The controls of the two buttons are very fancy. Warm light(3000~3500K) is good as well as cool (5500k). I hope the LED can last very long.

Pros:- Cool design, very slender, so it doesn't get in your way.-Ability to change color temperature is nice.Cons:-The touch controls are pretty useless. You have to figure out what it feels a "tap" or a "hold" is, as they're not what you think they should be.-Adjustments are terrible. There's no brightener/dimmer. It's one button, and it goes through the whole range. If you miss the brightness you want, you have to go back through again.-The remote gives you more control, but mine was missing the remote.-Not NEARLY as bright as it says it is. It's not bad, if it's only a foot away from what you need to illuminate, but you'd need several of these for a workbench.I really wanted to like this, and the shape is nice. But the touch controls are a poor choice, forcing you to require a remote for actual control. Drop the price to $20, and it becomes a more cost-appropriate option, but for the money, there are better options.

This light/lamp is great. You can soften the light and make it easier on your eyes. Or make it the bright white. It is fully adjustable to where you need it. The only thing is where the on/off/dimmer switch is. If they would have added a remote or a tethered control it would be perfect. Other than that small detail I love it!! It is way better than any other desktop light I have ever had. Highly recommend buying this. Even if you don't need it. Just buy one! You'll find a place to use it!

The media could not be loaded.  Es una lámpara con un diseño muy bueno, se adapta a cualquier estilo de decoración que tengas en el sitio donde la colocarás.PROS:• Puedes colocarle un enchufe inteligente para usarla con Alexa u otro asistente.• Viene muy protegida, esta cubierta totalmente por una bolsa plástica para evitar que se ralle.• Los modos de luz son perfectos para leer o hacer tareas. Si eres estudiante o trabajador y requieres mayor apoyo de Iluminación, esta lámpara es para ti.• Al poder externderse abarca mucho espacio pero también lo ahorra, mas si la colocas completamente vertical (ejemplo en foto)• Sus articulaciones son firmes y estéticas, dejan detras esos diseños que usan resortes que se ven mal y con el tiempo se deterioran.Contras:• Al tener botones capacitivos es difícil encontrarlos cuando estás completamente a oscuras.• La prensa no tiene goma de protección así que considera colocar algo para proteger tu escritorio.• La calidad del eliminador de corriente deja mucho que desear, pueden mejorarlo.Recomiendo la compra al 100% su relación entre calidad y precio es fenomenal.

The media could not be loaded.  Amazing lamp. We can change the color from warm to daylight and adjust the brightness. I don't have too much space to mount it on the side of my desk, but it worked great and it holds very steady.Touch controls are very easy to use. It would be nice to have a remote control to also operate it. It's bright, slick looking, sturdy and very flexible to adjust to the best angle I need. Very easy to move the arms around and get full light source on the desk space.

This was a great lamp that I used a couple of hours a day for painting. It worked fine but just died yesterday. I tried a different transformer and it still didn't work. For almost $80 I would expect it to last more than three months based on the ratings of other purchasers. I have contacted the supplier and based on their excellent reputation I'm hoping it will be replaced. I shall update my review when I hear from them.December 30 Update - I was contact by Joly Joy today and they are sending a replacement. Great customer servie.

Me gustó la calidad de los materiales, tengo una semana con ella y hasta ahora se desempeña bien. Toda la lámpara es de metal color gris grafito, la base es de color negro.No tiene tanto alcance como parece en la foto, pero suficiente en mi opinión (leer mas abajo las medidas de mi escritorio)El color de la luz que emite es ajustable y trae 2 tonalidades: Cálido, que va de un suave color crema hasta un intenso amarillo solar; y Fría, que va de un blanco muy tenue a un intenso blanco.El brillo también es ajustable para ambos tonos.Solo trae 2 botones de toque (no de presión) así que su uso no es complicado.Me encantó que trajera una pre-configuración (o preset) para "lectura" (el cual es muy agradable para leer y usar la compu) y este se activa con un solo toque; de esta manera si está muy brillante o algo obscura le doy un toque y se aplica este preset inmediatamente, le doy otro toque y regresa a como estaba.No he usado el timer, pero cuenta con esta función.Ahora, mi escritorio mide 1.20 mts x 60 cms, la tengo del lado izq., la base es de tipo prensa y requiere un borde de escritorio libre de 5 cms de largo para que entre hasta el tope, y el tornillo puede abrir hasta 5 cms de espesor de dicho borde, por lo que conviene medir esta parte del escritorio antes de comprarla.Por cierto, la prensa y el tornillo de la base son de metal supongo de aluminio (pero no de acero, por lo que hay que ser gentil al fijarla).
