Good looking fire pit

Love it. Is the perfect addition for our new deck. Took a little while to get here, but was informed that it would.

This fire pit has been used a total of 12 time, as i share my time between SC and NY. Finish peeling off top even though I bought a far superior cover than what came with. The control knob will not stay on unless you hold it in the entire time fire pit is lit. Needed a new ignition switch upon arrival as first one was defective. Buyer's Choice was not very helpful or sympathetic to the problems I have encountered. They referred me to a company which was to help with parts but I was told by that company that they do not service the Phat Tommy fire pit any longer because of all the problem they have encountered with it.I would have been far better off going to a big box store and buying one which cost half the price.Extremely disappointed with product. Truly a waste of money.

Very beautiful and works great but, the finish comes off the top (wood grain finish) in fairly large flakes.I've kept it covered and it hasn't had any abuse. It doesn't look so great anymore and I have no idea how to fix it.I would think for the money it would have a little better finish.

This is a great fire pit. I do wish the flame got a little bigger, but overall love the purchase. I will be replacing the rocks with fire glass. It's also very easy to turn on and off.

Like many of the other customers, I was expecting a whole lot better quality for the price I paid. Bought late last April got here in May, used it maybe 8 times. Covered it with not only the supplied cover, but upgraded to an additional cover for more protection. This spring we went to take the cover off and the top literally fell apart. In pursuing some warranty coverage, I was denied. Shopladder's brilliant solution was to offer me a discount on purchasing another one. Like I need 2 pieces of crap in my backyard. Stay away from this one and Shopladder!! Ripoff artists!

Way over priced and cheaply made. The auto starter NEVER worked. The cheap paint that is supposed to look like wood came off first week. Junk.
