Its a circle. Its metal. If you squeeze the metal flexes, but it doesn’t instantly change sheet. My only complaint is that I can tell these aren’t absolutely perfect circles. The joint where the metal meets at causes it to have a slight shape change. You wouldn’t notice unless you were looking for it

I've used these several times to bake cookies/biscuits and form meat patties. They are easy to clean and durable, but I do recommend hand washing and not putting them in the dishwasher. Highly recommend.

I bought these to make some shortbreads- always trying some new recipe on my friends and I LOVE these cutters - yes, just rounds, but I’ve made sugar cookies, biscuits, black cocoa sugar cookies (Halloween) - nice edges easy to use and clean easily. Kinda plain for cookies but better to show sprinkles, icings and glittery sugars. One of my go to cutters.

I thought they were rather flimsy considering their description as being “Heavy Duty.”

I love homemade biscuits but finally got tired of using whatever was handy to cut out my biscuits. They were always too big or too small. These were perfect for what I needed. The largest one is exactly the size I like my biscuits to be. Easy to use, easy to clean and all that's left is the baking.

Cuts dough easily, although it could be bigger I cannot complain, it's my fault, sizes are already shown for guide. I use this to cut through my gyoza dough and they are very sharp without actually cutting your skin cause of the silicone on the other side. Over all very good purchase for its price.

I ordered these to make mummy hand pies for a Halloween video. I was impressed how easy they cut the dough. And perfect size ! I would recommend this wholeheartedly
