Podium by Goldwood MB1 Boom Microphone Arm Adjustable for Microphone Stand

There is a small notch cut in the plastic center portion but I decided to overlook that. This could have earned more stars but my chief complaint is that I will now need to buy an adapter for the main connector where it attaches to a stand/base before I can even use it. The description says it will most stands. Not true. It is NOT a standard 5/8" thread but a Euro 3/8". So you will need an adapter before it is usable. Why in the world they would make this with a 3/8" hole is baffling (or not at least include an adapter). I would consider this a major design flaw. It would be far better to make the hole 5/8" and include an adapter like they did on the top boom. I hope this is helpful information for those who are not aware of this.

Looks really good, but I didn't read enough to know you needed an adapter. Why would you make to fit the average mic stand?

I like it ,is perfect , I just needed to buy the adapter screw to attach it to the mike stand. thanks!

I will have to put it into service for some extended period of time before I can give it an honest review. but it did arrive safely
