Stops were a direct replacement

I had a problem with my shower not getting hot water or good water pressure for a long time. First I replaced the Cartridge and then helped a little but still not good. Then I replaced the shut off valves. I was a little hesitant to replace these as I was afraid I wouldn't get them secured back in place. I had to open up the wall opening a little bit to fit the Circlip pliers in place but after that, it was an easy repair, just don't drop the circlip or it will be a problem. Shower not works fine. The problem was the rubber seal was binding up on the brass fitting which blocked the hot water flow to the shower.

I thought I’d be getting a pair, but only one, which is all I neededDon’t forget to have snap ring pliers on hand.Out and in in 3 minutes and the water stopped so I could replace the cartridge.

Order came on ahead of time. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong replacement valves. The plates were perfect though.

I had to replace the cartridge in my faucet and didn't want to shut the main water off so I used the stops at the valve. Big mistake because one then started leaking. Ordered a new one and install was easy. Just be careful you don't drop the clip that secures the stop in down inside the wall.

If these weren't available I would have had to replace the valve. Easy to install and worked as designed.

I was initially shipped a rebuild kit for my cartridge. When I contacted them to inform them they apologized, told me to keep it, and then sent the correct item (Stop valve) right away. Received it the next day and it worked great. This was a "stand-up" company that I'd be happy to do business with again. Very professional!
