Helps Me Sleep, But the Packaging is a Pain
ZzzQuil really works for me when I need help falling asleep. I don’t wake up groggy, and it usually kicks in within about 30 minutes. It’s become a reliable go-to when my mind just won’t shut off.My only complaint—and it’s a small but annoying one—is the packaging. The pills are surprisingly difficult to get out of the wrapper, especially when you’re tired and just want to go to bed. I wish they’d make it easier to open without needing scissors or a wrestling match!Other than that, it’s effective and consistent. Would definitely recommend—just be prepared to fight the foil a little.
