How wide is the beam at around 50 or 100 yards?

It holds a tight beam well past 100 yards. I bought it to coon hunt but the dimmer switch doesn't work most of the time, so it's all on or off. If you're using it for coyote hunting or just need a bright light, you'll be happy with it. If you're buying it for coon hunting, I am of the opinion that you will not be happy with this in the end. I ended up getting a Boss Hotspot, expensive light but well made and worth the money. I run the woods 2-3 nights a week, so it well built light "pays" for itself quickly.

does this light throw a good beam like the nite lite brand? I've always used nite lite but gotta have a new one

I also have a night light. This light for the money is worth every penny. I highly recommend buying this light instead of buying a high dollar light for the same quality .

How do you know when its fully charged?

It says 18hr is full charge so,I let it charge all nite after each normal use.

Does this light require a special bracket to mount to a hat? What hat are you using to mount the light to?

I'm using the head band that came with it. But it'll mount on any hat made for a head lamp I think. It does on the nite lite hats anyway. And just so you know, this is a very good light. Very bright

an adjustable angle on the tab would be nice as well as a diffuser to broaden out the ...

This is a very well made mining cap light for the money. it isn't quite as water proof and dust proof as some other models but unless you are working in a wet coal mine, it doen't matter. My only complaints are that the tab fits sloppy into the mining cap slot and so if you bend over, the light falls out of the slot. you can probably fix this by making a bend in the tab. also, when standing upright, the light makes a very bright narrow spot on the ground about six feet in front of you and you need to lift your head a lot to see what is ahead. an adjustable angle on the tab would be nice as well as a diffuser to broaden out the bright spot when you don't need to see 200 feet ahead. It's worth the money.

Great little light!!!

This is a great little light. I purchased it in 2023. Still works great, still holds a charge, and it is used nightly through the fall/winter months hog hunting. I have been meaning to order another one or two, but this one keeps doing its job very well. Nothing that I can complain about with it

Absolute AWESOME LIGHT. Ive owned everything from the old wheat lights, nightlights, Prowler, etc. This is the brightest, long lasting, and light weight light I've ever carried . Only change I would make is put the switch on the head and not the battery. Ordered 4 so far and probably more soon..

Great light small battery pack is easy to carry versus the heavy bulky light batteries bought this whole light setup for what it would have cost me for a replacement battery for my old lights I charged mine up left it in the truck overnight in below zero temperature worked fine for several hours next night is a great hunting light with 4 levels of light makes a good farm chore and fishing light too
