This pillow was delivered in a small box. When I opened it, I realized the pillow was folded into itself, which I think is really neat. It took about 10 minutes or so for the pillow to take it's full shape/volume once removed from the packaging. The pillow is probably "medium" thickness as far as a pillow goes. Unfortunately, it is a bit too voluminous for me and my neck - but I am petite so it might be the perfect amount for most people looking for that mid-range in a pillow. (Note: I have yet to find the perfect pillow!) There was not a noticeable smell upon opening - but there is a smell to it. Once I covered it in a pillow case, it was fine. The cover can be washed easily so I think that would have helped if I wasn't so eager to try it out. The pillow itself must be dry-cleaned.I like the way the pillow feels in general, it has a nice memory-foam hold to it, yet it's not too firm to cushion my head and neck. If it was a tiny bit thinner, it would be extremely comfortable for me. I would recommend it if that's not a concern.

I really like this pillow. I was never a fan of memory foam pillows because of the blocky stiffness. When I saw that this was made of ripped up memory foam pieces I thought I'd give it a try. It seemed as though it could be really comfortable and much more breathable than solid memory foam and it most definitely is. It is still as supportive as a normal memory foam pillow but more comfortable in my opinion. The only reason this pillow doesn't get 5 stars is because I washed the outside cover last week and now it has two strands of the fabric that are torn and hanging off. I assume it will continue to get worse from those spots although it does not bother me all that much. I will just put a pillow case on it and hope it helps.

This pillow is wonderful! I’m an avid weight lifter and runner that also has scoliosis, so I tend to carry a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders. Unfortunately this leads to some very uncomfortable nights of disrupted sleeping. I’ve been wanting to try a memory foam pillow out for the longest time, but never took the plunge since they are generally pretty pricey. This one seemed reasonable, so I went for it. I sure am glad I did! It’s incredibly supportive, just like everyone claims. The way it molds to the back of the head, neck, and shoulders is incredible. It came with a quilted, breathable outer cover that is zippered and can easily be removed for washing, which is really nice. Another feature I found interesting and really convenient is the smaller zipper on the pillow itself. You can unzip and remove any excess shredded memory foam if you find your pillow to be a little too lofty. I love this pillow so much that I bought a luxurious satin cover for it. Highly recommended product here!

I used to think that having a comfortable, high-quality pillow would cost a fortune. I've been used to sleeping on cheap, big-box-store pillows my entire life. I tried a few different options before deciding on this one. The best part about this pillow is that it doesn't lose it's shape. No matter how many nights you sleep on it, it stays perfectly formed. Having the ability to remove or add stuffing makes it completely customizeable to you comfort. I am planning on getting another one for each bed in our home!

I love that this is a queen size. I have a king size bed so a standard size pillow looks so silly. I was happy that this pillow had no smell. I was afraid that the shredded foam would be lumpy but surprisingly it was not. The bamboo cover is nice and soft. I can sleep comfortably on my side or stomach with this pillow. I tried it with all the fill on the first night. It seemed fine but I tried taking some filling out the next night. I actually liked it better with a little less filling. I love that it can be so many different heights. Very happy with this pillow. I would recommend it to friends and family.(The pictures are when I unrolled it and 20 minutes later. )

I didn't know what to think at first since when it came out of the box it smelled a little and was flat. There wasn't any instructions, so I unwrapped it and let it sit. The smell did dissipate, and it fluffed up nicely. It's a firm pillow, if that is what you are looking for. It was a little to firm for my liking, but my mom uses it under a sore knee and it is perfect for that. Overall a good buy.

When I received the pillow, I looked at the way it was made and was impressed with the quality. I was especially impressed with the quality of the zipper, some manufacturers cut corners that reduce the life of the product. While the pillow is comfortable, I would miss the grove for my neck in the pillow on which I sleep. However, I use multiple pillows and would find this perfect for other uses or great to put on a guest bed.

I got my fist memory foam pillow when I was prego with my son 12 years ago and I’m still using it. It’s starting to lose its form and my senses start to say YUCK thinking about what’s growing in a twelve year old pillow so I ordered this pillow. It came in a heavy little box, vacuum sealed. I popped open the bag and a few hours later it resembled a fluffy pillow. At first my brain said “this isn’t your pillow” because it isn’t my old nasty pillow, it’s not bad. It’s decently firm, and doesn’t have any plastic smell like another memory foam pillow I bought had. My head settles in nice and snuggly. Not a bad purchase at all.
