Cool looking. I got these thinking that they would be great for my teen's room. They look a little different than they are pictured. They look more like a flickering light than a flame. Would probably make a cool looking Halloween prop.

Overall, I like these lights. They look best from a distance or behind frosted glass.Also, they are a definite darker orange, not yellow. Probably more appropriate for Halloween.I'm trying to find more yellow looking ones for other times of the year, trying to get a gas-light sort of look.

Ran this all winter in Alaska - works in cold weather!
