Great item - perfect size for my tea set. Love the wood color.

I really like this tea tray but out of the box it's not the best. Don't get me wrong the craftsmanship and quality is great but it doesn't have quite enough drainage and with the surface sitting flush with the outside part of the tray tea tends to run off and spill off of the tray making a mess and defeating the point. Obviously this isn't ideal.I sanded down the sides and the feet so the tray is recessed a little bit and the opening around the tray is a little wider which resolved my issues. It looses the star for having to get modified but it's too beautiful and too well made to lose any more stars. Definitely recommend but maybe order some sandpaper when you order this tray

It’s small, so pay attention to the dimensions. Mine arrived with one side not attached and the staple-like nails bent and sticking out. Fixed it with gorilla glue and clamp, but for the price I would have liked it to arrive ready to gift. It’s pretty but I question the wood. My nephew will love it though.

This is a well made, attractive tea tray. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that the bottom of the tray is not bamboo. You can tell because it has some type of covering (like on composite material). However, I don't know if bamboo is a better material for the bottoms of tea trays. Perhaps the material used may provide a better seal and may not expand / contract with moisture and temperature changes as bamboo would, or perhaps the manufacturer just used a cheaper material because you don't see the bottom of the tray during use. Regardless, this should have been disclosed in the product description.

I thought it would be a bit wider as I like to serve chocolate and rock sugar with tea and they do fit but if you have a large or wide pot it may not fit, for small pots only, this is a time when I should have spent the extra on a bit bigger one, but all and all works as advertised
