Really nice lead. Flexible but so sturdy. No chance of fraying or breaking. I’d buy another but don’t expect this one will wear out.

Unlike nylon leashes, this does not have an abrasive effect on one's hands. The braided part effectively works as a brake when you want extra control. The brass fitment is of very good quality. And to top it off, it looks good. Would certainly recommend to a friend.

This is the 5th leash I have purchased trying to find one I like. This was recommended to me by a dog trainer that uses this leash. I finally found my perfect leash!! Lightweight but easy to grip if your dog is about to lunge. Looks great. Highly recommend for any dog owner.

Excellent lead, well made and it feels fantastic in hand. Some slight but anticipated leather stretch with the fine 3/8" size but strength does not seem compromised. My wife loves the feel in her smaller hand and I will be ordering another for myself(maybe two).It was easily modified with my preferred 5/8" swivel snap latch in five minutes.

A darn nice leash for the price. Sturdy and well made without being too bulky. Leather is a smidge thicker (not wider) than I'd hoped, and it comes in just *under* 4 feet (but will likely stretch with time). Breaking in a new leash is always a lengthy process, but this one is soft enough that I feel like we're halfway there already. Would buy again.

This leash made a difference in training my Carolina Dog. It is all substance and practicality with no fluff. She knows that she is on a leash! Soft leather and superior quality in construction. Highly recommended. A value if it was twice the price.

This is my favorite leash for working with "collar wise" dogs because it is very light weight (if you take the police ring off) You can also undue the handle easily without cutting. Great product.

At first I didn't care so much for this lead, but after using it a few times I like it much much better than the old one that we had that broke. Super soft, and I don't find it stretchy at all as I read in some reviews.

Good, quality leather leash. The braiding near the clip and on the handle were thicker than they appear in photos- which is the reason I would not recommend this leash for smaller dogs since it's heavier. Just the same, the leash is well-made and has a great broken-in feel for the handler. Package was shipped quickly.

I loved this leash, the leather felt great in my hand. Too bad it also felt great in my dogs mouth.Chewed it to bits.

This is a great leash. Attractive, strong, comfortable, won't give you rope burn when the dog pulls. Bass fitting attractive. Nice little ring for the poop bag container, thoughtful touch.

Surprisingly beautiful for something so utilitarian. Shows real pride of workmanship.
