My teenager needs supplements like these especially during school days. To give her more energy and increase eating appetite due to busy school work not to mention she's an academic and sports achiever. She runs 4mile everyday, loves to plays soccer and volleyball, cheer and tumbling twice a week. To the good mom and dad just try it!

Buyer beware! My son ordered this "food supplement" that advertises as a growth supplement for teenagers that includes vitamins and minerals. My son is young and did not read the legal disclaimer that states this product has not been evaluated by the FDA, therefore it is not approved by the FDA either. It is manufactured in the Philippines and it also says "No Approved Therapeutic Claims" right on the package. Thankfully I was able to intercept the order and counseled my son on why he should not consume this product. And when I tried to return the product, it was ineligible for return or refund. I contacted Amazon directly and the rep was wonderful in making the exception. I could give zero stars, I would.

Although I took this medication back when I was around 12 years old (not sure how that turned out but I received complements I was tall for a girl) , I believe that it still worked. I am now 20 and I recently took this in hopes of my height grow a bit. I was 5'7" and I recently checked that I am now about 5'8" ish . The process didn't take right away, I just realized that I'm suddenly in different eye levels with things I used to do ( like standing in front of my mirror-- I use to be eye level with it, now I have to bend down a little) so the process takes a slow one. I took one set for a month [ after lunch for every other day since that's how I took it when I was younger] however, id like to point out that this might not be for everyone since bodies are different from the rest. I gave it 4 stars since the packaging was squashed, breaking 2 pill pods open inside ( but it was sealed so all good lol) they should've places it in a sturdy box and put fragile so that packaging delivery won't ruin the product. Also, there were no instructions of intake in the box, but I just took it the way I did when I was younger [ please read the company instructions since I'm going by previous experience. Good stuff. It gives my son great appetite and boost of energy. He is 12 and can now reach to top of the doorway. He sees the difference on his height. But good supplement to build growing kids appetite.
