I bought this to help with my back pain as I have ehlers danlos syndrome hypermobility type and it definitely has helped. The first time I used it I felt my spine stretch, amazing! Also my two eldest sons have now been using it aswell to do their fitness exercises and are really enjoying it too. Can't keep anything to myself! But it is a fantastic product and has benefited the whole family

Je préconise de faire très attention quant à l'utilisation de ce produit. Ne surtout pas tester la cambrure maximale dès le départ,perso je l'ai fait et n'ai plus pu marcher pendant 2 jours... Dons la prudence est de mise...
