5’9 and it hit me how difficult dating is if I’m under 6 feet. These were my first try at foot lifts. They are easy enough to use and you can adjust the size to your liking. I recommend using these in nightclubs or first dates but nothing beyond that. I can wear them pretty well in high top sneakers and boots however low tops are a no go. Wearing them on the first try takes a while to get used to. Wearing them for extensive use will hurt your feet pretty bad. Also after about 2 months the lifts get compressed due to the constant pressure and you might have to throw them away. I wore them with all the stacks and was maybe only 1.5 inch more than my supervisor after lots of usage so it’s not as effective as before.

I buy these type of lift to deal with plantar fasciitis and have been doing it for years. These work for a bit, but then they get very uncomfortable after around 15-20 min. I have 1-1.5 inch lift, so it's not the height, might just be the material itself.

Love these, fast shipping and very kind and prompted questions. If you have wide feet is only thing I could think of for a review but you can measure just incase.

Haven't actually used them yet, but they fit into the boots I purchased them for. The boots are completely flat and due to decades of wearing high heels SO uncomfortable for me. I'm hoping these will solve my problem. Wish they came in 3-1/2" height!

I need to buy bigger shoes in order for them to work. And the shipping was terrible; it took approximately five days for them to update the status of my order. They are an okay product; if you use the top part of the sole it will work or just about work and increase your height at about an inch.

Works, but too narrow and uncomfortable for continual use.
