Fantastic for menstrual cramps
I can use these instead of actual paint pills (ie mod/ibuprofen. I take them immediately at the start of menstrual cramps and Ongoing to keep them at bay during period - it works just like a pain pill would!

Good, but so many!
I just started taking this the other day. So far, so good. No side effects. The only down side is that you have to take 24...yes, 24 pills per day. But, fortunately they're very small, like round little pellets. Also, the bottle has 200 of them. I wish they made a larger sized bottle since these run out very fast.
