I love my little teapot short and stout!
This tea pot looks great on my black glass top stove!! Under my stainless and black microwave. The looks are superseded by its 'benefits package'. For example, the whistling cap is a push and pull thumb tab on the handle, which means you can flip it up to stop the whistling of the still hot water after use. So you can let it cool,on the warm burner, if desired, and produce steam and no whistle. The lid is positioned in such a manner, that I can lift it to refill while hot without burning my hands. I don't recommend anyone try this because I may be faster or do it in a special way and I don't want anyone getting steam burns, but that is my experience. It heats up quickly and is easy to hold and pour, even for smaller hands. Enjoy!

Stylish and practical
I have limited cabibet space so item sits on stove to save space. Therefore, I wanted something with some eye appeal. The kettle has a sleek, modern design and the red handle gives just a touch of color and makes it more attractive. It aqlso serves the purpose for which it is designed while not looking like an eyesore, since it must sit out on the stove.

Very good kettle
Overall, am very happy with this tea kettle. It is comfortable to use; the handle does not heat up and the water is easy to fill. It is larger than any tea kettle I've had for a while, which will come in handy when I have company. The whistle is loud; I have a large home and can hear it from far away. The only, minor, drawback, is that it seems to take more time to come to a boil than my previous kettle, even though I don't usually put any more water in it than I put in that one. The instructions that came with the kettle were of concern at first. They say to empty it after each use and dry the insides, and also say to use a potholder for pouring. I do none of those things, and after a few weeks of use, have not had any problems.

Great product, generous size
Great product, generous size, base plate fits large 8" electric burners on my stove top. Base plate is thick, distributes heat evenly. Good size - not so big that it's unwieldy when full, nor so heavy that you might damage burners, but large enough to get the whole family large hot drinks. Most tea kettle are simply too small for regular family use. This one is the right size, and quality seems very good.

Use with Oven Mitts !
Sorry, I loved this Retro Look, and wanted to love my tea pot. But there is a problem. The top pops off. I have been coping with it for about a month. But yesterday it popped off completely as I was pouring a cup of tea. The steam came up and burned my hand. I dropped the kettle and burned more. I like the whistle and the shape. But now I use oven mitts to pour my tea.

Best Teat Kettle EVER!!!!!!!!!
Love this Tea Kettle. I can never find one large enough to make Ice Tea. I make it from scratch & the Tea Kettles I have bought in the past have never been able to fill the Gallon container enough. This one is Great!!!! I just fill it up & when the kettle is Whistling I just pour the hot water in to make my tea. Plus the handle doesn't get very hot, & it's very easy to pour. Just make sure .... If you have a gas range, don't let the flame go over the sides of the kettle. Keep the flame just high enough to fit the bottom.

A health hazard due to inferior steel.
I had this product for about six months. I’m very clean because I have leukemia. But the interior of this product leeches heavy metals because the interior is not high quality stainless steel. It rusts very easily and is extremely difficult to clean because it has a lot of interior lips and edges that folded and not otherwise sealed. The rest isn’t the worst part. The steel has impurities. Wiping the interior after boiling distilled water in it 10 times results in residue brass and what may be 10 or aluminum. It can be wiped out onto a white paper towel with ease but it cannot be cleaned out sufficiently to be used again. So if you’re using this for creative projects or would you need hot water or only to carry hot water to pour into the sink to clear drains, it’s fine. Otherwise don’t use it. It appears to be a health hazard. I would show you but it’s hard to get a camera inside. I hope this helps you and that you don’t suffer as I have as a result. — Veteran cook and daughter of an engineer- physicist.

Buena calidad, demasiado grande.
Buena calidad. Demasiado grande y se complica cuando quieres servir pocas cantidades de agua, digamos, 2 tazas.Si requieres de hervir y usar 2-3 litros, muy buenaSi requieres menos: otra opción de menor tamaño es mejor.
