I use this for when I walk my dog in the mornings and evenings. We have a lot of coyotes and my little dog is only 10 lbs. The quality is awesome and the craftsmanship is so sturdy. Great value!!

I’m revisiting my original review. It was positive but not very long. I’ve had this cane for a couple of years now so I have a lot of experience with it. I actually bought two just to have a spare. I still love it. I’ve had two back surgeries and thankfully I don’t need it all the time, but I do need it a lot and it has never let me down. I read a lot of reviews trying to find a good cane. And I thought aluminum would be the way to go due to the light weight and strength. But all the aluminum canes were too short. I wanted something to help me stand up straight. Or at least as straight as I could. And this does that. The 48 inches is perfect for that. And believe me I’ve put all my weight on it many times and it takes it well even yanking and pushing when I’ve really struggled right after surgery. It’s never let me down and it’s actually surprisingly lightweight to be so sturdy. I can’t recommend this cane enough. Plus I don’t think it’s quite as conspicuous as the aluminum ones. It kind of looks like a plain ole walking stick. Like maybe I just want to protect myself from dogs or just have a little something to lean on when walking. It doesn’t look so much like a mobility aid as the aluminum ones and I like that. I like everything about it. Highly recommend.
