What type of follower block does this have? Is it easy to move?

Metal slide bar, I take it this is what you are asking about. Very easy to move. As some reviews state it does at times come with dings or small dents. Why this is I feel is because the metal is light weight, thin but as others have said, what little dings that may have occurred it is not worth sending back, going thru all the repackaging, etc. Mine had a very small one, inconspicuous, so kept it. Very easy to move around. For the price, it was okay.

it's 25" deep, about 14" wide (I haven't recently measured it) so it should fit
