I’m skeptical of a lot things, but cherry juice (whether in liquid or pill form) is the truth. My mom would drink some daily when she was a mail carrier and she said it helped greatly with her knees, but she said the juice was hard to get down lol. I’ve injured my ankles and knees over several years of playing volleyball to where I can barely go up or down stairs. Decided to give cherry juice capsules a try and literally after a week my knees and ankles felt better. And I can definitely feel the difference when I don’t take it for a while.

Ordered this product to fight the joint pain associated with gout. I did not wish to take any more colchicine as it upset my stomach. The Tart cherry tabs immediately took care of the residual pain.

Nice that these are softgels. I give my husband one a day to prevent gout. He's been taking cherry extract for years with good success and these work as well as any he has taken. The softgels are so much easier to get down than standard capsules. It's a buy again for me.

I have some mild gout, my calf is sore, I am taking this pill, the pain is gone, I am not sure that it is completely the effect of the pill, but it must have helped me. I decided to continue eating and determine its more effects.

I started this product when I was having a flare up of gout - I can't guarantee that it was the cherry tart that made the difference - but it did get better.

This is a better priced and better quality product than we've been able to purchase locally. Will be reordering because of the the product, price and service.

I have a knee injury. A torn miniscus. I could barely walk and taking a prescription cream daily to make it tolerable. I have a baby and a toddler and any activity at all leaves an ache every night - but I don’t want to use the cream indefinitely.I tried tart. cherry juice and it was wonderful. It kept the inflammation down and the pain was gone - but $10 a bottle and it only lasted four days! So I tried the pills and they work just as well. I take one of these and a magnesium pill and no pain that night or next day - I notice if I stop taking them that the ache returns and i get sharp stabs as a reminder. Will definitely be buying again.

Do not buy this. 1 pill is only 500mg tart cherry EXTRACT. it is not the real thing and doesn't work for gout. Buy the real thing. This is a waste of money.

Have had knee pain for years. I tried these at the recommendation of a friend. I NOTICED a few weeks later the absence of pain. Ran out of gels and NOTICED pain returned. Ordered another bottle and again NOTICED the absence of pain.I am not one into supplements, but more than a year later, I see a marked difference when I am taking these. Definitely worth trying?

if you have gout it reduces your ability to enjoy a couple of beer without ending up in pain the next day. If I decide to have a few beer I take three of these and have no agonizing joints the next day. Lets you enjoy your life.

You have to take more than the recommended daily dosage, but they do help.
