When moving into my new apartment, my old shelf broke apart. I figured I should replace it with a much nicer shelf than my cheap Target one, so I purchased this as it was the right size and in my price range.I do like the shelf, but putting it together was something that I struggled with. I was able to do it on my own but it a couple of hours and I did end up having a breakdown halfway through.Despite that struggle though, the shelf itself is nice and holds everything I hoped to put on it. All I can say is try to get help with putting it together and things will probably go easier.

The cabinet arrived on time and I spent most of the afternoon/evening, putting almost everything together with one screwdriver. The parts came mostly labeled except for a few unlabeled parts, but I was able to guess which one those parts are.When I got to Step 7, the picture clearly said to put #12 screws in the innermost two holes. So I did that. Then in step 8, the picture said to put #1 screws/thingys in the outermost two holes and I did that. However, it was difficult to screw it in those holes. When it was time to attach the top part to the bottom part, the #1 screws/thingys didn't fit in the holes in the bottom part. So I had to unscrew them, switch them around, with #12 screws in outermost holes and the #1 in the innermost holes. At that time, I noticed that cracks were formed, probably due to #12 screws being in wrong holes. I thought it'll be okay since it's in the back and will be out of sight. But I was a bit worried how those cracks would affect the sturdiness of the cabinet, but thought that it would be fine since I would be storing mostly towels.When it was time to add the backboard to the top part, I wasn't able to fit it in. I noticed that the white lines didn't line up properly with the top board, as seen in the two pictures with the screwdriver. I used the screwdriver to point out where the boards didn't line up properly in the pictures. I noticed that the white boards on each side were a bit bowed, maybe because of the screwups (no pun intended) in step 7 and step 8? Anyway, I will have to see if I can try again tomorrow to "fudge it" as one customer quoted in his review.Anyway, it looks nice in the front although I haven't installed the doors to the bottom part. However, the back is annoying because I wasn't able to make everything fit and I couldn't figure out why. Hopefully, the company can read this review and contact me.** Update**I finally put the backboard and made it fit just right in the back. It's looking nice in my bathroom. So I'm glad I got this cabinet, despite the missteps in the instruction manual.

I was looking for a small bookshelf with some closed storage below that was not super wide or deep and this fits that criteria. However, I'm not super impressed with it. We've put plenty of things together over the years but this was a bit confusing. We did some things wrong and ended up having to deconstruct then reconstruct. Finished product looks okay except that the interior cam locks all show which makes it look cheap, which it surely was not. I was able to find some self sticking white dots on Amazon for that purpose and that has helped to disguise the camlocks a d improved the overall appearance if you don't look too close. The uppermost top shelf of the bookcase is ever so slightly bowed so it does fit snug to the horizontal finishing piece leaving a slight gap. I'm hoping that if I put something heavy on the very top the weight will close the gap. Overall I'm not impressed with the quality of these piece.

This cabinet is nice for a bathroom. It was as easy to put together as well. It was a bit pricey for MDF, but I live in an area where we have to rely on Amazon for such items. IKEA has better value.

Worth the money. Not hard to assemble at all. Had to renovate bathroom due to flood damage, got a smaller bathroom vanity and had some dead space, this filled the dead space perfectly.

Easy to assemble if you have assembled any similar furniture, took around an hour & half. Slightly wobbly after back is attached, the adjustable shelf clips are way too small to hold the shelf with any weight, otherwise would have given 5-stars

I ordered two of these and have just finished assembling the first. So far, this is a little worse than I expected for the price point. My main qualms are:1. The backing board makes it look cheaper than I expected. They did not drill all the holes, and the holes that do exist did not align quite right with the cabinet below ... so you can see some of the little screws poking through.2. You end up assembling this in two pieces: the shelving on the top, and the cabinet on the bottom. The former feels pretty solid, but the latter ... not so much.3. The doors on the cabinet are off-kilter despite my best efforts.That said, the cabinets fit where I need them to and hold what I need them to hold. They get the job done, but you probably aren't going to be singing their praises.

Item is exactly what we needed for the kitchen. It arrived with a damaged corner and back board. The back panel which is two boards taped together with white Dutch tape, were not taped in alignment and we had to undo the tape and fix it. After assembling per directions we noticed the two sections of wood that split (see photos). This piece is tucked in a corner full of baskets so it’s fine, but would not purchase it again. Decent it‘em for the price. If you need a cheap storage hutch, this works.
