Probably won't use most of the stuff in there
It's ok if you're a camper or someone who goes on long treks with the cubs or boy/girl scouts, but for plain old domestic use? I wouldn't bother really

Just too big to go on a cycling tour
I should have read the details of the kit provided in more detail. There are numerous items which I might use but unlikely to. The bag is very sturdy but I was looking for something that was smaller & lighter with space for pills, It will certainly come in handy either in my car and in my house for all the just-in-case health issues.

Very nice and well equipped first aid kit.
Bought this for my carrying in my cycle backpack, and although its slightly larger than I anticipated (should have read the dimensions instead of relying on the photo) it is a very well equipped first aid kit the case is well made and extremely durable, the supplier emailed me twice - with some useful pdf leaflets and to check I was happy with the kit, so great service from the supplier too.

Great first aid kit.
Great first aid kit, I've added aspirin, paracetamol and Imodium to mine. And I plan to replace the shears with a sharp knife and possibly add in a space blanket. I feel safer going Geocaching with this in my pack, knowing I can patch up minor injuries and hopefully keep someone alive untill help turns up.
