We bought this, based on the write up, having tried friends "similar" water flosser. Alas, all devices of this kind are not equal.I liked the portable/travel option, with the whole thing folding into a small package, for packing and the rest sounded good...From a flosser, you would like a big tank. Yes it is, but it is so flexible that it constantly leaks unless it's upright. You get water running over your hand as you floss, otherwise. The folding arm seems a good idea, so you don't have to take the spray tube off all the time. Sadly, the tube falls off quite often of it's own accord and the arm naturally folds away from your mouth, so the tube gradually retracts as you press it into your inter-dental gaps. Then you lean into it, and get more water leaking over your hand, and the bathroom floor! (Recommend no clothes for this process!!)The tank is quite a handful. OK for me, but my somewhat petite wife really needed two hands to grip it. Then she has to work out how to move the incredibly stiff switch into the second position (first position is just pathetic), and she has run out of hands. Seriously, the on/off switch is designed for a 400lb gorilla to operate!Anything else? Well, switched on to 2, upright, full of water and with the spray tube pushed firmly in, it's not a bad flosser. Otherwise it is poorly made rubbish. You will have to pay £20 more for Philips or Braun, but then you get European quality standards. (OK, they might not actually have been assembled in Europe) Many, even most, Pacific Rim products are OK. This item is not. It is history, winging it's way to Amazon returns in Fife. I won't miss it.

This flosser does what it says it will do pretty well. Your teeth do feel clean afterwards. There are a couple of niggles. One is that the reservoir doesn't last long enough to do both top and bottom teeth fully, so that you have to refill to do a proper job. The other is that it died after about 9 months, so is not, perhaps, the most long-lived product.

Effective Flosser. Nice design. Great price. Only problem is that the noddles don’t tend to last for long and start to leak after a couple of months. The bigger problem is that I can’t seem to get replacement nozzles anywhere so I wouldn’t recommend buying it unless you can source replacement nozzles.

I would probably buy one with a water chamber separate if I were looking again. The tips tend to fall off during use - very messy. There are no instructions for use of the tips though it can be deduced. When it is working it does the job but not very easy to manipulate.

very disappointing - I am not at all happy about it as it doesn't really work. I should have returned it but once you use it you cannot - and until you try it then you cannot judge it. The water container last 12 seconds and it is not powerful enough to actually clean between the teeth - flossing doesa much better - and cheaper - job

Once set up - very effective flosser. Clever design allows it be used when travelling. Very quick to charge and charge lasts a long time. To fix in plastic flosser to the unit was a little fiddly, hence 4 rather than 5 stars. However, I am a happy user and it does what it is supposed to. Good value for money.

It's a bit tricky to use it seem to soak everything! Maybe a bit more practice will help but all in all it seems to do as it should.

Flosser did not have as much power as i had anticipated, however, despite being after the return date, i was offered a replacement or full refund. Can't beat that!
