Product was what I expected. Nice set, cheap shower head. Worth the money. However, it was previously returned because the parts were already ripped open. At least they were all there.

This was a great deal...and it looks amazing. So I bought it...installed it with the matching valve that is SOLD SEPARATELY...after getting it all in...got in for my first shower...the water pressure was absolutely horrible. It was like one of the worst shower I have ever had....even at full blast...the water came out in just a light rain. I thought something was wrong. Checked my instructions...and it was all done right...after further investigation...inside the shower head there is a yellow water limiter built into the head. It is built so you can't take it out. So I got my drill and a nice big BIT and drilled that piece of yellow plastic garbage out. Put the shower head back on...turned on the water....and it is AWESOME. Why in the heck would you build something so nice and put that crap limiter inside...??? I don't get it. That is the only reason I took off a star... I loved this set up so much I bought another for my other bathroom...Drilled out the Yellow limiter and works great. Amazing pressure...Perfect. When I take a shower...I want it hot and I want a flood of water. I don't want a trickle. Hope this helps somebody

I was replacing a Kohler handle, and this would not fit over the Kolher valve,, so paid extra to go with the Kolher brand instead of buying new valves etc.. like others said the shower head is all plastic and cheap feeling so you get what you pay for.
