Very good for bacterial growth. Prefer this over the ceramic ones. This is oven baked clay, natural and chemical free.

This was quite a little bit big, than those that I have used before! And this looks different from the original description. I would say for people with small overhead filters looking for one would get satisfied with this product. And I would advise to order a single packet and then go for bulk if u like it..
