Hesitant to order a door from Amazon but glad I did. I tried to work with Home depot and order a 30" door with full glass and internal blinds, they are hard to find and when the order came in it was the correct size but didn't have the internal blinds. Returned to Home Depot and looked on Amazon for kicks. Found one on Amazon from National Door Company for $300 cheaper than Home Depot. When this door arrived I was shocked to see it was correct and great quality. After installation the door looks and performs great. Glad I took a chance on Amazon for this product.

I had this door installed 2 years ago on my detached garage. I am now having the garage turned into an accessory dwelling unit(ADU). The blinds work well, no trouble at all. The door is solid. When blinds are open, lets a lot of light in.

The door matched the description and I was happy with the product. The door failed 1.5 years later and I tried to reach support 10 times and they will not call me back (there is no option for direct contact). So I highly recommend that you do NOT buy from this company. They have Zero support. Very frustrating. There are a LOT of quality doors from other manufacturers on the market that you can contact if you have issues with their product.

The door is just as described & goes perfect in my space...love it!

Door arrived on time, packaged securely and looks beautiful. Unfortunately, the bottom corner is broken. I was out of town after installation and didn't know or I would have tried to return. I am hopeful this company will make this right by sending me a replacement piece of trim before water starts to Pentwater. Door is only a month old.

I ordered this door in Jan 2022. It was roughly half the price of similar doors at the "big box" stores. However, supply chain issues delayed its arrival until March 2022, and for various reasons I didn't get around installing it until late August. FYI, I have never installed a door before and was a little nervous about it. But I've done a lot of remodeling projects over the last 40 years, and with the help Youtube, I decided to go for it. I installed this door without the benefit of any help. I found this door to be somewhat lacking in construction and assembly techniques, having been stapled at each corner like a kid's toy. Staples did not penetrate well and bent up and out at all four corners. As a result, the frame seemed loose, weak, and unsteady. The threshold was off square by 1/4 inch, which forced me to disassemble one corner, re-square, and reattach. The bottom of the door (under the metal threshold cover) looked cheap (plastic) and was a grid configuration, which did not facilitate proper sealing/caulking/weather-proofing techniques. I had to remove the brick block molding to place the frame in the rough opening right off the bat due to being too wide to fit in my bricked-in opening. The written instructions were vague regarding the "squaring" process, and I think longer screws for all three hinges were needed, rather than two screws for the top hinge only. I also had to hand-chisel out both plate recesses to get my new Kwikset door handle and deadbolt to properly fit and clear the door.

It’s a beautiful door but the trim around the glass was broken. We are returning and planing on buying the same.
