I've used magnesium hydroxide in the dulcolax chews and it worked a little too well, so I thought this would be a better option as it's a lower dose. I was using oxygenated mag O7 and that worked really well for me, but I thought I would try something new. I should have stuck with what was working! (Why do I do this to myself??). I've taken 4, (twice now!) for a total of 800mg of mag hydroxide and nothing has happened. It's been nearly a week. I'm bloated and b!tchy, my sleep is trash and I feel like stuffing a garden hose up there to just rinse everything out for some relief. I just need one good nasa style Launch to reset myself. 0 out of 10 stars for life right now.Update: manufacturer reached out and offered a full refund. Excellent customer service!
