The album was very good but I thought it could've been much better. I loved some songs but others just kind of sounded off. I did LOVE this album though, it's fun and energetic! Here is my analysis of the tracks. Fifth Harmony brought a strong album and I have no regrets buying it.1.That's My Girl-5/5-This fun pop song was very entertaining to listen to. A song you would hear at parties. It's fun, energetic, and just plain awesome. One of my favorites on the whole album.2.Work From Home (featuring Ty Dolla $ign)-5/5-OML this song is my favorite on the whole album. The beat is amazing and it has mostly all raw talent. Barely any autotune present. The rap was amazing while the girls vocals slayed. I keep this is all of my playlists.3.The Life-4.5/5-Great, but not the best on the album. This fun pop song just blew me away, I was surprised it didn't become a single. The chorus is amazing and so are the verses but the song gets boring after a while. It's a fun song and I'll still listen to it if it pops up.4.Write On Me-5/5-This slower sexier song is fantastic. The lyrics are outstanding and the vocals are amazing. I just loved how the voices sounded on this track. So glad this became a single, the video is amazing in my opinion and it's just fabulous.5.I Lied-4.5/5-Fun song, but I do hear multiple hints of autotune and some parts just don't sound right. It's still a song I love but it's deferentially not my favorite. It's a song about a girl telling her guy she doesn't truly love him.6.All In My Head (Flex) [featuring Fetty Wap]-5/5-Beat reminds me of Ariana Grande's "Side To Side" (which i LOVE). Not as energetic as other songs on this album but it's fabulous. Fetty's verse is decent, not amazing yet not bad. Party starter, great for when everyone is just arriving and gathering around the food table.7.Squeeze-3/5-This song doesn't work for me. It just sounds weird to me. The beat is nice and I like the lyrics but the vocals sound off, not a song I'm very into.8.Gonna Get Better-5/5-Slow but this is so amazing. So romantic and beautiful, I love that it's pretty mellow. The vocals are very amazing. It keeps a chill theme, a song you would listen to if you were just reading.9.Scared Of Happy-5/5-I really like this song. I expected that it would be slow and mellow but it's like a up-tempo happy song. The vocals are very amazing and the beat is fantastic! I'd recommend this song to buy if you're not going to just buy the album. One of the best on the album10.Not That Kind Of Girl (featuring Missy Elliot)-2.5/5-Major disappointment, beat is only ok, vocals are good but the lyrics i just don't really like too much. I was expecting much more from this song and I was just let down. The highlight was Missy's verse. It was just AMAZING!11.Dope-4.5/5-Slow and mellow but really nice. VERY chill and I love it. It's a very good, most likely will not get popular but it was a good listen. Possibly one of my favorites.12.No Way-5/5-Great song, VERY mellow like "Dope", great song. Vocals are outstanding and the beat is great. Amazing. The Deluxe edition tracks are both pretty mellow and the are amazing.Overall, there were highlights and lowlights. . It's Great, good album from 5H but I think "Reflection" was better

Incredible album. I loved Reflection, but 7/27 has surpassed it on every level for me, which is impressive. With the Reflection album, some of the songs I wasn't so keen on (Like Mariah, Everlasting Love) but definitely grew to love them over time, but with 7/27 I fell in love with all of the songs immediately. The lyrics have more depth on this record (I know the girls don't write their songs) and the instrumentation on each song compliments the song writing. That's My Girl is a perfect album opener and is really catchy - I could see it becoming a hit. I love the reggae infusion on this album, with songs like All In My Head (Flex) and a little bit on Scared of Happy and other songs. It's also a little bit RnB at times. I absolutely love Squeeze, it is my favourite track, and the first time I heard the beginning, I knew I would love it. What I find great about 7/27 is the balance between contemplative, laid-back songs and more upbeat, fun songs. This album is definitely going to help Fifth Harmony become a household name. I would certainly recommend this to everyone.
