Rather than carry the dyson out to the garage/drive I thought this would be a good piece of kit. Wow, I am not disappointed. I am not a pig so the interior of the car just picks up little. What I really wanted it for was to blow dry my wheels etc when detailing the car. It is a superb piece of kit and of course I recommend it for either or all uses.

Needed this to suck up puppy puddles; I have a 6 month old St Bernard, and the overnight puddles in the kitchen were more like a small lake !. Mop and bucket, puppy pads, sheets of newspaper, were taking about 20 minutes each morning. This cut the time down to 5 minutes, plus another 5 minutes to wash and disinfect lino. He is now getting through the night without accidents, so will use this in my greenhouse. Very happy

The vacuum is brilliant, very powerful and can suck water, decent quality for the price.The accessories is where the cost cutting corners are, cheap moulded plastic with no felt or soft layer so you feel like you will scratch most surfaces if you used them. You can't use the wide sucker on carpet either as it has bristles preventing forward movement.The saving grace is the hose is universal size and you can buy any 32mm hose accessory, I'll probably buy a proper 2-1 carpet/laminate head.The vacuum does come with a single use bag, but there is only one place to buy additional (see the FAQ), but I don't think you're required to use them, but it helps suction and cleaning up a-lot of dust if you do.

It certainly works on the dry setting, not tried the wet option yet. One fault I can say about is the small flat plastic nosel is next to useless when trying to vacuum a carpet/ hard floor

We didn't expect the product to reach us until the end April/early May, it got to us within a week of ordering, we were most impressed.It's easy to assemble and to use. We bought it to use in the garage, which has loads of cobwebs and didn't fancy using the household on for it, so the price was also right not too expensive for what we are using is for.
